63% of Australians are statistically overweight, and eating in a response to uncomfortable emotions is a major cause of this statistic. 83% of these Australians comfort eat on a regular basis, triggered by emotions such as stress and depression, and even a lack of sleep.  1 in 3 women are said to comfort eat.
